CHARITABLE BEQUESTS.
CANTERBURY ESTATE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. Mr. James Barr, formerly of Omihi, Canterbury, who died in Christchurch on July 31, aged 80, left the following charitable bequests:-—Nazareth House, £1000; St. Saviour's orphanage, £1500; Christchurch lvaritane Hospital, £1500.
The residue of the estate which will be considerable, is divided equally among the following: —Bannerdale Home, Christcliurcli; Christchurch Public Hospital, Christchurch District Nursing Association, Christchurch Mayor's Coal and Blanket Fund, Dr. Barnardo's Homes.
