TRAVEL CLUB.
A large attendance of overseas and out-of-town guests were welcomed by Mrs. Victor Macky at the weekly morning tea of the Auckland Travel Club held in the Milne and Choyce reception hall yesterday. Short addresses were given by Miss Eileen Boyd, of Sydney, and Miss Eileen Johnston. The guests included: Mrs. E. M. Linn, Mrs. M. Ha-nsen and Miss G. A. Newton (Pasadena, California), Mrs. E. Hollis, Mrs. Edwards, Miss Thea Phillips and Mr. Dave Howard (London), Mrs. Dora Lindsay (Scotland), Miss D. L. Taylor (Alberta, Canada), Miss B. Taylor (Edmonton, Canada), Miss Marie Cunningham (Sydney), Mr. A. D. Dickson (Melbourne), Miss Laura Matson and Miss E. M. Hume (Christchurch), Mrs. W. Morton, Mrs. Walters and Mr. Sydney F. Hoben (Wellington), Mrs. W. A. Whitlock (Hastings) and Miss E. Hart (Lawrence, Otago).
