LOVELOCK REPEATS PREVIOUS TRIUMPH. The brilliant and epoch-making victory of J. E. Lovelock at the Olympic Games yesterday recalls thei "mile of the century *' which he ran at Princeton, U.S.A., in June last year. The picture shows the New Zealander winning from Bill Bonthron (second) and Glenn Cunningham (holder of world mile record), the latter of whom he again defeated at Berlin in the 1500 metres.
