CHARGE OF THEFT.
Charged, with the theft of an overcoat and 2/3 in money, the property of Edward Henry Golding, a clerk, Vincent Patrick Devine, aged 33, appeared before Mr. Wyvcrn Wilson, S.M., in the Police Court this morning. Mr. Bruce Elwartli appeared for accused.
On the application of Senior Detective S. Cr. Hall, accused was remanded until August 13. Bail of £25 was allowed.
