KETCH YVONNE SPOKEN.
HEADING TOR AUCKLAND. SYDNEY, August 5. The Huddart-Parker liner Wanganella passed the ketch Yvonne, about 300 miles east of Sydney, in heavy weather. The ketch left Sydney on July 30 on the first stage of a cruise of the world under her owner, Mr. A. Venables, of New Zealand. An officer on board' the Wanganella semaphored asking the crew of the Yvonne whether they required assistance, and in reply they signalled "All well." The Yvonne, with a crew consisting of Messrs. Venables, J. Sorenson, E.' King, J. Bosliier, D. Angus and J. Asliwood, is heading' for Auckland first.
