CITY OF DIEPPE ARRIVED.

RAN GIT ATA DUE. MARIPOSA IN THE MORNING. | The A. and A. Line steamer City of Dieppe, 7803 tons, Captain Cartwriglit in command, arrived this afternoon with seneral cargo from New York, berthing at the Queen's wharf. She lctt New York on Julv 10, calling at Hampton Roads, Newport News and Panama, which she cleared on July 10. On discharge of her Auckland cargo she will leave this week-end for Wellington. Lvttelton. Dunedin and Australian ports. The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor ship Rangitata, 10.737 tons, in charge of Captain Holland, arrives from London, via Port Chalmers, at 7 o'clock to-morrow morning, berthing at the Central wharf. The i Matson liner Mariposa win arrive at 1 ' a.m. to-morrow from San Francisco, via j way ports, and will berth at Prince's j wharf. She has 123 passengers for .Auckland, 330 through to Sydney and Melbourne, and will take 140 from Auckland when she sails for Sydney at 11 p.m. to-morrow.

Limerick is expected to Icrave Los Angeles to-day for Auckland and is on August 27. (U.S.S. Co.)

Matakana leaves Gisborne at G p.m. to-day for Auckland. She will arrive about 5 p.m. to-morrow and berth at Queen's wlrarf. She sails for London next Tuesday. (A.S.P.)
