THE CLOTHES DRIVE.
I read with interest and amusement "DisI gusted's" remarks about tlie old clothes drive. I Really he too comical for words, or is it | that he has been asleep all these years, and just come to life? As for his remarks about the present Government, he must realise that there have always been clothes drives in which the commercial travellers have given their valuable time. "Disgusted" is voicing his protest rather late in the day, is he not? It is all very well to run down the Government; it is doing its very best and progressing most favourably, seeing it had to untangle the threads and mistakes of the past Governments. Mr. Savage should be commended 011 the way he is straightening out such a mix-up of the people, who should be very thankful they have such an honourable gentleman as Mr. Savage, who will studv the working people of to-day. LIVE AXD LET LIVE.
