RED CROSS WORK.
MEETING ON MONDAY.
A meeting is to be held at the Town Hall on Monday afternoon for the purpose of forming in Auckland a branch of the New Zealand Red Cross Society, which it is intended to place upon a national basis.
The meeting has 'been called by the Auckland centre of the New Zealand branch of the British Red Cross and Order of St. John Joint Committee. The object is to change the name of the joint committee and form a branch of the New Zealand' Red Cross.
