FORSGREN" AND BLOMFIELD. ' ! BOTH IX DIFFICULTIES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLIKGTOX, Wednesday. A passenger by the Maluira, wliich sailed for Sydney to-night, was tlio Canadian wrestler Jack Forsgren, who is making the trip largely for health reasons. His eyes have been giving his trouble, and lie is seeking rest and treatment. He was beaten last night 'by, the* Xew Zealander '"Lofty" Blomtield, at Wellington, in a particularly vigorous contest, and to-day Forsgren was not alone in his seareji for rest and treatment. Blomtield was found to have strained his back, necessitating massage and spinal adjustments. Forsgren expects to be away for five or six weeks. MONDAY'S AMATEUR BOUTS. Following are the amateur bouts to precede the professional wrestling .match at the Town Hall on Monday evening next between Earl McCready and Paul Boesch: X. Sakey (Lynndale), 9.0. v. C. Jones (Y.M.C.A.). 9.0: W. Kaike (Akarana), 10.7, v. C. Fraser (Leys). 10.7; C. Anderson (Leys), 9.4, v. H. Green (Grafton), 9.0. Emergency bout: T. Thompson (Kiwi), 9.9, v. C. Curtice (Y.M.C.A.), 9.7. ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS. WRESTLER (Miiford). — Earl McCready and Lofty Blomtield last met in Auckland Town Hall on Boxing Xight, 1035. J.B. (Ponsonby).—To date this season George Walker has had two wrestling matches, at Xelson and Waipukurau, both with Peter Ventner and both won by Walker. At tlie moment Marine Ryan is not booked up for a bout in Auckland, as he is away in 11.M.5. Dunedin and not due back here till October.
