CARS OF THE FUTURE.
At a conference of the American Society of Automotive Engineers various predictions were made as to the cars of the future. It was thought that engines will be at the rear. Rcarengined cars have already made an appearance in Europe. The entire side of a body (including wheel enclosures) will be stamped out of a single steel sheet. Mechanics will be able to cut out damaged parts of the steel body and weld in new sections.
