FALL INTO MATAURA RIVER
CHILD FOUND DROWNED. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) INVERCARGILL, Sunday. A drowning accident occurred at Gore to-day, a child aged two years and a half falling into the Mrjiura Rivor. The child "was Murray Gordon, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. V. Gordon. He was missing early this afternoon, and when search was made his body was found in the river. The indications were that the boy had not been in the water very long, but artificial respiration was unavailing.
