SHAREBROKER CHARGED.
ALLEGATION OF THEFT. (By Telegraph.—l'ress Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Richard N lines, a sharebroker, was charged in the Magistrate's Court to-day \. ith stealing £80, the property of Louisa Sutherland. In asking for a remand DetectiveSergeant Holmes said that Nunes had only just been arrested, and that it would be necessary to make further inquiries. He added that other charges wero pending. Nunes was remanded until July 1, bail of £200 being allowed. Accused was ordered to report daily to the police.
