METALS AND MINERALS.
NEW SOUTH WALES YIELDS. SYDNEY, June 10. Metals and minerals valued at £ 10,912,000 were mined in New South Wales in 1935, compared with a yield in 1934 valued at £9,127,523. The output of coal was 8,695,579 tons, valued at the pit's mouth at £4,887,341. The gold yield was the best since 1921, namely, 50,1020z, valued at £212,818.
