ONLY 97 MAR RECORD. ..... LUXEMBOURG. The tiny duchy of Luxembourg does not know what to do with its 07 unemployed. The authorities want a clear slate. Since a year ago, when there were 600 jobless, they have come within sight of their goal of making Luxembourg the only country in the world with no unemployment.- But some of the 07 .do not want to work. , So email that it dare not have artillery for its army, because any practice shells fired would land in a neighbouring country and might start a war. Luxembourg" boasts a balanced Budget and a surplus of 450,000 francs.
