TO REFLOAT BARQUE.
STRANDED HERZOGIN CECILIE. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 7. The generosity of an anonymous donor has enabled an attempt to be made to refloat the world's largest sailing vessel, the Finnish barque Herzogin Cecilie, which stranded on the Devon coast during a foil in the Channel in April.
