MINIATURE RIFLES.

AUCKLAND CLUB. There was an excellent attendance at the club rooms of the Auckland Miniature Rifle Club on Tuesday evening, quite a number of new shooters being present. Best scores (possible 80) :—B. Crocker, 80—scr—80 ; It. T. Warnock, 80—-2—80; C. E. Bush. 7!)—3—so ; ,T. E. Kelly, 70— 1—80; I. G. Campbell, 74—7—80; T. G. Sauvarin. 73—S—SO ; F. Sauvnrin, 7li—S— SO— V. Dromgool, 77 ; K. Graham, 74 : A. Gambling. 70—7—77 ; R. Fellows, 68— 10—78; R. Stanley. 60—10—70. The president's badge, which is a trophy for the best scorc off the rifle, was won by Y. B. Crocks with two possibles. The button for shooters with a handicap of two or more was won by Mr. T. G. Sauvarin after a keen shoot-off between Messrs. T. G. and F. Sauvarin. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 2. WHANGAREI CLUB. A further round for the Bargain Store Cup, the A. .T. Murdoch trophy and the J. Courtney trophy constituted the competition for members of the Whangarci Miniature Rifle Club last night. The best scorer was R.
