NEW PRESIDENT.
WELLINGTON EMPLOYERS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. On the retirement of Mr. H. Mainland, the Wellington Employers' Association, at its annual meeting last night, appointed Mi-. B. Sutherland to the presidency. The presentation of a chair was made to Mr. Mainland on behalf of the association, of which he had been presides* for 13 years, and vice-president for fi- o years.
