SUIT AGAINST JUDGE.
RECOVERY OF £1180 TAXES. (Received 12 noon.) SYDNEY, this day. The Minister of Justice, Mr. Martin, announced in the Legislative Assembly that the Crown Solicitor is taking action to recover taxation amounting to £1180,_ from a New South Wales judge. Mr. Martin added that he was not in a position to disclose the name of the judge.
