NEW TRADE PACT.
UNITED STATES AND FRANCE. (Received 0.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON', April 30. It is expected that a reciprocal trade agreement between the United States and France will be signed not later than May 15. The relaxation of the French system of quotas and other trade barriers in connection with American industrial and agricultural products will, it is believed, be secured, while America will make concessions on French luxury items, such as laces, and cosmetics.
