TEACHING FINE ARTS.
TRAINING FACILITIES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Regulations were gazetted to-night hy Order-in-Council for the purpose of training suitable persons to Loeon e teachers of line arts in technica schools in New Zealand. Certain bursaries and allowances are provided for suitable applicants.
