NAVAL TREATY.
DRAFTING COMMITTEE BUSY.
British Official Wireless. (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, March 16. The drafting committee of the London Naval Conference met to continue its work on drafting a treaty on the basis of the agreement reached at the conference last Wednesday and of the reports of the technical sub-committee already adopted.
