ELLERSLIE TRACK.

THIS MORNING'S WORK. GOOD EFFORT BL FLEETWIND. No. 1 grass track was available for fast work at Ellerslie this morning, and the going was in perfect order, but there was not a great deal of galloping executed. Tidalia ran home from the threefurlong post in 39 2-ss. She disappointed on Saturday, and will have to improve in order to pay her way. Red Flame strode over six furlongs in 1.18, finishing up her task in good style. Courthaven was timed to run the last three furlongs of her work in 39 2-ss, hitting out well. Fleetwind reeled off three furlongs in 375. This filly •ran a good race on Saturday. Sir Abb covered half a mile in 545, the final three furlongs being covered in 38 3-ss. Kelly, after running his first furlong in 13s, completed half a mile in 49 l-ss. Dutch Girl j ran her first three furloiicrs in 39 1 -sk. I

. ran lier hrst three lurlongs m 39 1-os, r and got to the end of six furlongs in 1.21 2-5. She worked well, and could have done 1 better. : Free Advice was going easily while : covering half a mile in 565, and Monanuit > was given an easy six furlongs, which , occupied 1.22 3-5. Scotland was allotted a similar task, and was going very leisurely to cover the distance in 1.28 4-5. Mungatnon,..j;ping.. comfortably. throughout, .got to the end of seven furlongs in 1.37 4-5. Rereatu and Mazir were given pace work 1 on the tan track. Mazir looks all the better for his race on Saturday.
