FULL CONTROL.

Turkey's Desire Regarding Dardanelles. REQUEST TO LEAGUE. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 24. The "Manchester Guardian" Constantinople correspondent says Turkey considers that as a reward for being a good member of the League, slie should be given full control of the Dardanelles. The restrictions in force are considered an anachronism and she points out that in order to effectively support the League she must not be exposed to Italian attack in the Dardanelles. It is hoped in Turkey that other nations will see the reasonableness of the request.
