OLD MAN'S DEATH.
FOUND ILL IN HOME. ■ STORES XOT COLLECTED. As the result of a seizure, Mr. Robert j William George Hood, aged 80, of Mairetahi, near Helensville. was yesterday admitted to the Auckland Hospital, where he clied at 2.15 p.m. to-day. He had been found unconscious in his cottage and was taken to the hospital in a St. John ambulance. Mr. Hood was living alone and hie condition was not known until a man who was working on the road noticed that some stores had not been collectcd.
