The "Daily Telegraph" aviation writer says that Lady Kingsford Smith decided at a meeting of the Trans-Tasman Air Development Company, Limited, to carry on the company with her own resources. She will accept the seat on the hoard of the company which was occupied by her husband.

The company will' proceed witli its plans for an Australia-New Zealand air service and will not modify Sir Charles' plans for its operation.

Mr. Beau Shiel, director of the company, states that the service will be conducted with two American Sikorsky "Clipper" ships, and he expects it to be operating by June, 1930. SEARCH FOR FLYERS. Scott's Flying Display, Ltd., has acquired from Sir Alan Cobliam aircraft and other assets for a national aviation display. Mr. Scott will be chairman, and the directors will include Mr. Campbell Black and Miss Jean Batten. The company aims at popularising . flying and according novices opportunities for dual control.
