INTERVIEW IN BERLIN.
AMBASSADOR WITH HITLER. British Official Wireless. RUGBY, December 17. With reference to the interview of the British Ambassador, Sir Eric Phipps, with Herr Hitler in Berlin oil Friday, the following communique has been issued there: — "Herr Hitler received the British Ambassador in company with the Reich Minister for Foreign Affairs, and in a frank conversation, imbued with confidence, discussion of the possibility of armament limitations and of the AngloFrench proposal of an air pact among the Locarnr Powers was continued."
