FROM BOY SCOUTS' BADGES. (Received 9.30 a.m.) BERLIN, December 17. The swftstika has been dropped from two boy scouts' badges. When adopted, it was considered an emblem of gratitude, its significance as the Nazi emblem having made it unacceptable to many.
