FILM CENSOR.
BRITISH AUTHORITY PASSES. LONDON, November 12. The death lias occurred of Mr. Edward Sliortt, lawyer, statesman and president of the British Board of Film Censors, at the age of 73. Some years ago he paid a visit to New Zealand on behalf of Armstrong Wliitworth, Limited, in connection with the Arapuni contract.
