OTTAWA PACT.

NO INFRA? TION CAUSED. OTTAWA, November 12. The Prime Minister, Mr. W. L. Mac, kenzie King, informed interviewers yesterday that the details of the trade treaty 'with the United States will not be announced until the official signing, probably later this week. Mr. King said the treaty will not interfere in any way with the Ottawa agreements between the Empire countries.
