ROME BROADCAST.
BARON ALOISI'S TALK. (Received 1.30 p.m.) ROME, October 13. The broadcast by Baron Aloisi, Signor Mussolini's League Minister, for which thy British Post Office refused transmission facilities, was dispatched from Rome. The speaker recapitulated his contention that the League had not sufficiently considered Italy's grievances regarding Abyssinia.
