FORTIFIED COAST.
ITALIAN LOAN TO ALBANIA. (Received 11 a.m.? ATHENS, October 13. Albania, in recognition of an Italian loan of €800,000, for over 10 years, has agreed to fortifv the Adriatic coast from Cimarrc to Valona under the supervision of Italian authorities. This is a stretch of coastline on the west of the Strait of Otrnnto at the southernmost part of the Adriatic Sea. The coasts of Italy and Albania are about 40 miles apart at the narrowest part of the strait.
