RIFLE SHOOTING.
AKARANA CLUB. The second shoot of the Akarana flub fir it trophy scries was fired over the ranges of 800 and 900 yards, for trophies presented bv the cfub patron, the president and >Ir J. B. Donald. Conditions were a right wind mid changeable light. Silver spoons were won by E. J. C. Rcston. J. Cossar and M. J. Rennie. Trophy points were awarded to the tour top men in each section.
