SOCIAL AFTERNOON.
MEETING OF NURSING SISTERS. The Returned Army Nursing Sisters gave an enjoyable afternoon party on Saturday in the lounge of the Lyceum Club, when Miss Mirams, the president, and Mrs. North, the secretary, acted as hostesses. The lounge was attractively decorated with large bowls of spring flowers and a varied programme was presented, songs being sung by Mrs, Humphreys Gordon and Mrs. C. McDowell, and a play and a sketch, "Gathering Nuts in May," presented by Mrs. Buchan and Miss Joan Rose. Among those present were:—Lady Richardson, Mesdames Alfred Kidd, Kenneth Gordon, W. H.
