United Press Association.—Copyright.—Kec. 11 a.m. LONDON, October 8. _ t The Ethiopian Legation in London has issued a statement gratefully refusing hundreds of offers to fight on behalf of Ethiopia. Even if it were legally possible Abyssinia has not the funds to buy even elementary food rations, without which white people would be doomed.
