BIBLICAL PLAY PRODUCED,
| Written by Mr. F. W. Reed, of Wha- | ngarei, a Biblical play, "In the Far j Country," was presented by the Wesleyan Guild of the Remuera Methodist Church in the church hall last night. The play was based on the parable of the Prodigal Son, and its cast comprised the Rev. W. and Mrs. Walker, Misses M. Walker, K. French, R. Marra, B. Marra and J. Whyte, and Messrs. J. Beever, A. McLaehlan, F. Penn and J. E. Fleet. Musical items were given by Mrs. McLaehlan, Miss Tayl.ir and Miss Fleet.
