GRACE MOORE SINGS.
PLAZA'S "LOVE ME FOR EVER."
Grace Moore revealed to a generally unappreciative film world the gloij of hei splendid operatic voice four or five years ago ia "A Lady's Morals" and New Moon," and not until she made One Night of Love" last year did the world realise that a new star had arisen. Now comes her fourth singing film, " Love Me For Ever," which is to be released tomorrow at the Plaza Theatre. Regarded by many who date her pictures only from the sensational, recordbreaking "One Night of Love as her second film, it is reported to have been mounted with particular care, even in lavish Hollywood, to beauty and magnificence of settings. Using the same "lull and dale" recording system, which proved so eminently satisfactory in her earlier triumph, "Love Me For Evei* was directed bv the same director, Victor Scheitzingci, who wrote the theme song "One Night ot Love," and also the theme song in this new 'offering. Schertzinger is no less a capable musical composer than lie is a Moore is supported by a brilliant cast of plavers, headed by Leo Garrillo as Steve Corclli, the talented young operatic star .Michael Bartlett, Hobeit Allen, Spring Byington, Douglas Diunbrille, Thurston Hall and the same laughable Luis Alberni, who "off-sided Grace Moore in "One Night of Love. Critics who have reviewed the film—which was simultaneously released in Hollywood, Chicago, New York,. London and Parisagree that young Bartlctt comes near in manv sequences to capturing the acting and musical honours from the redoubtable Miss Moore. Songs in this spectacular production include ".Tingle Bells." "Funiculi, Funicula," "11 Bacio," "The Bells of St. Mary's." "Rings On My Fingers and Bells On My Tors." selections fijoin "La Boheme" and "Higoletto," and also a number of new Schertzinger tunes.
