ANNUAL MEETING HELD. (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Friday. Congratulations to members on winning the Saville Cup and the Auckland Provincial Cup were extended by the president, Mr. W. R. J. Franklin, at the annual meeting of the Matangi Polo Club. The draft agreement regarding the new central ground at (jlaudelands, between the ' Polo- Association, the Trotting Club and the'vigntiiilfcural and Pastoral Associa•tionj was'jiregejited* 1! Members expressed satisfaction tlife •'prospect of a central ground being, established. It was decided that the ijlub 'sliould donation of £1 for each playing member. The question of sending teams to Feilding to defend the cups won at the last Savile Cup tournament was considered, and it was decided to conduct a campaign to raise funds for this purpose. Robinson; captain, Mr. G. de Vere Chitty; selector, Mr. I\. H. Townsend; delegates, Messrs. Chitty and Townsend; secretary, Mr. W. L. Rahstead.
