SOCIAL AND DANCE.

SCOTTISH REGIMENTALS,

Another successful social and dance was held by the Scottish Regimental Association in the club rooms on Wednesday evening. The president, Mr. J. Maedonald, and Airs. Macdonald received the guests. Pipe music was rendered bv the association's piper, Pipe-Major T. Stuart, and dance music was excellently rendered by the Parker orchestra. Items were rendered by Master and Miss Dunn in the form of Highland dancing and vocal items by Aliss I. Frost. Mr. J. Maclean was master of ceremonies. The Monte Carlo was won by Mr. J. Macdonald and Miss I. Frost. Supper arrangements were in the capable hands of the ladies' committee, comprising Mesdames J. Macdonald, J. Altai}, D. Laird and M, McComb. those present were: Mesdames Beath, Palmer, Harrison-Lee, Yeats, Rankin, Siddle, McComb, Braken bridge, Barbour, Ra/.ey, Lamb, Smith, McGoram, Kingliorn, W, Laird, Eglington, Young, Dickson, Scarlet, Tanner, Cordon, Misses B. Macdonald, Lucy Macdonald, Brown, I. Frost, M. Frost, E. Jennings, M. O'Hagan, X. O'Hagan, P. Godkin, Crane, Duncan and Cameron.
