TWO GOVERNMENT MEASURES (By Telegraph.—-Parliamentary lieporter.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The first batch of bills to pass through all stages in the House of Representatives was dealt with this afternoon, when four small measures were put through committee and given a ihird reading. These were the Ohai Railway Board Amendment, a local bill introduced by the Hon. A. Hamilton; the Wellington City and Suburban Water Supply Amendment, a bill introduced by Air. R. A. Wright (Wellington Suburbs); and two Government bills, the Shipping and Seamen (Safety and Load Line Conventions), introduced by the Minister of Justice, Mr. G. Cobbe, .aid tha Rabbit Nuisance Amendment.
