UNDEFENDED DIVORCES.

FIVE PETITIONS GRANTED

Five undefended petitions in divorce were heard by Mr. Justice Callan at the Supreme Court this morning, a decree nisi being granted in each ease. Reginald William Norman (Mr Jordan) stated that he and his wife, Dons Ella Norman, had agreed in I!W2 to separate. The respondent had neglected his home and run up debts. On the ground of adultery by her husband; John James McNeil, a "decree was granted Livinia McNeil (Mr. Guy). The marriage took place in 1018, and in 1031 the husband left Kaikohe, where the parties were living, to look for work.
