LEVEL CROSSINGS.
QUESTION IN PARLIAMENT
(By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday.
Mr. A. J. Stalhvorthy (Ind., Eden) gave notice in the House of Representatives to-day to ask the Minister of Railways and the Minister of Public Works whether, in arranging the programme for the elimination of level railway crossings on public roads, urgent attention would be given to the dangerous crossings in boroughs where there had already been heavy and deplorable toll of human life.
