ORDERED TO RETURN.
An order for the restitution of conjugal rights was granted Elsie PyeSmith (Mr. Inder) against Percy Reginald Pye-Smith at the Supreme Court yesterday by Mr. Justice Smith. The petitioner stated that fthe was married in 1923 and in June of this year her husband left her without reason. He had been out of work for some time and petitioner had been working to keep the home going. She had written to him asking him to return, but he had replied that he did not intend to do so.
An order was made, to be complied with within 14 days.

He said the new fuel was not yet ready for mass production, but that sufficient would bo manufactured for equipping 'planes and motor boats, in which the peril from fire is greater than in ears.
