White, of Station Terrace, Keiuuera, arrived by the Marama this morning after a holiday ill England. • « • • Mrs. Gordon Dransflekl and Miss May Dransfield, of Victoria Avenue, Keinuera, has returned home from a visit to Dunedin. Mrs. Nelson Oram, of Jubilee Avenue, Devonport, left for Wellington on Sunday night's Limited. Sho will stay at Seatoun for three weeks. • * * • Gueste at Hotel Cargen include: Mrs. John Chambers, of London; Mrs. J. C. Tatton, of Wellington; Mrs. Hoadley, of Hastings; and Miss M. Millington, of Gisborne. • • • • Mr. and Mrs. B r . W. Kersley, Mis* Kersluy and Miss Finlay, of Lower Hutt, arc visiting Auckland to meet Dr. and Mrs. G. D. Kersley, of Bath, England. Dr. Kersley arrived by the K.M.e. Aorangi. • * * * . Mrs. P. Meßride, of Mount Albert, who has been attending the National Federation of New Zealand School Committees at Palmerston North, is now in Wellington, and is the guest of Mrs. IrvineMcCallum, Kelburn. She will return to Auckland at the end of the week. • * * * Mrs. H. M. Colwill, a member of the Dominion executive, was unable, on account of illness, to leave Auckland to attend the Dominion conference of the tional Council of Women in Dunedin. A. D.
