Messrs. Samuel Vaile and Sons, Ltd., will offer for sale by public auction at their rooms, 83, Queen Street, at 2 p.m. to-morrow, the two-storey brick block owned by Messrs. Jagger and Harvey, in Gore Street. The building stands on a section held on lease from the Auckland Harbour Board, expiring on May 1, 1959, at a rental of 1/ per annum if demanded and carrying half compensation for buildings at the end of the term. Another leasehold property situated in The Strand, Parnell, with two-etorey concrete building thereon, will be offered at the same time under instructions from the first mortgagee.
