Tributes were paid at the annual meeting of the National Rose Society of New Zealand to the valuable services of the retiring honorary secretary. Mr. F. l'enn. and the retiring chairman, Mr. N". K. W. Thomas. Mr. Thomas was not the secretary, as reported yesterday.
