The acting Prime Minister. Sir Alfred Ransom, announced to-day that he had received advice from the Prime Minister, Mr. Forbes, at Bombay, that he will join the Wanganella in Sydney, arriving in Auckland on August 14.
Sir Alfred also received a message from the Minister of Finance, Mr. Coates, in London, advising that he is leaving by the Bremen for New York to-day? He will join the Maunganui at San Francisco on July 31, arriving at Wellington on August 19.
