USE OF NAME.
JUDGE RESERVES DECISION.
The hearing of the dispute between two cleaning firms concerning the use of the term "tri-cleaning" to describe their process was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon, and his Honor, Mr. Justice Fair, reserved his decision. The action was brought by the New Zealand Towel Supply and Laundry, Limited (Mr. Learv and Mr. Wheaton), who sought an injunction to prevent the New Zealand Tri Cleaning Company, Limited (Mr. North), from trading under that name.
