PENWOMEN'S CLUB.
The president, Mrs. C'arr-Rollett, presided at the usual Friday afternoon social gathering, which opened with a song by Mis* Edna. Craig, entitled "A Brown Bird Singing." The speaker was Mrs. A. Wilson Wilson, whose interesting address, "The New Zealand Press 'Old and New)," was much appreciated.
