CHILD'S AWFUL DEATH.
TAKEN BY ALLIGATORS. (Received 10.30 a.m.) DARWTN, this day. A native girl, aged four years, while bathing with her brother, aged 10, in the Daly River, was taken by an alligator. The boy w.as knocked out of the water on to the bank by a sweep of the alligator's tail. The girl's arm was later found on the opposite side of the river.
