VAGRANCY CHARGE.

TWO SUSPECTS REMANDED,

MELBOURNE, this day,

Matthew Walsh, 23, and Keith Gill, 21, appeared in the City Court on a charge of vagrancy. The police prosecutor said that the caretaker of a jewellery firm in West Australia was murdered and jewellery valued, at £4927 stolen in February last, and the police had satisfactory proof that Walsh and Gill had heen receiving jewellery.

The magistrate granted the police application for a remand.
